Refund Policy

1. Purpose

The purpose of this scan-vin.com refund policy is to define the conditions under which customers may obtain a refund of their payments. It applies to all the services offered on the site, namely:

• the 2-day trial period at the price of 49.99€ ;
• the renewable monthly subscription at the price of 49.99€ per 30-day period.

2. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with articles L221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from the date of subscription to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify a reason.

This right of withdrawal applies to all payments made, including the trial period fees and the subscription instalments.

3. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be granted in the following cases:

• Trial period (49.99€ ): refundable upon request made within 14 days following payment.
• Monthly subscription (49.99€ ): each instalment is refundable upon request made within 14 days following the date the relevant instalment was charged.
• Beyond 14 days: no refund may be granted for a payment whose execution date is more than 14 days old.

4. Refund Request Process

To make a refund request, the customer must follow these steps:

• Contact customer service via the contact form available on scan-vin.com, specifying the purpose of the request.
• Customer service will acknowledge receipt of the request and may, where applicable, request additional information (email address associated with the account, date of the relevant payment).
• Once the request is validated, the refund will be processed under the conditions described below.

5. Refund Period

Once the refund request is approved, the refund will be made within a maximum period of 14 working days.

6. Refund Method

The refund will be made using the same payment method as the one used for the initial transaction, unless the customer expressly agrees to another refund method.

7. Subscription Termination

The customer may terminate their subscription at any time from their personal account or by contacting customer service. Termination takes effect at the end of the current period already paid. No further charge will be made after termination.

8. Policy Modification

scan-vin.com reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any modification will be published on the site and will come into force from its date of publication. Refund requests in progress will be processed according to the policy applicable on the date of the relevant payment.
